A multi-layered piece in soft terra cotta tones. I used a printmaking technique called chine-collé in combination with gelli plate printmaking to add additional interest and depth to this piece. A layer of tissue paper was printed on with a design and then adhered to the heavier support sheet. The glue makes the tissue paper transparent yet wrinkles also appear, adding additional interest across the surface.
